Two Doberman cousins got together for a visit and to play. These are two pups almost three years old. They have a lot of fun together running, baking at things that pass by and of course fighting with each other.
Getting these two to sit quietly next to each other proved to be about impossible, so I decided to try some action shots. OK so dog is perfect and sat nicely, it is his cousin who wouldn't sit still, can you tell which is which?
There is no way to count how many laps these two made down the fence line. One would chase the other then they would switch. All the while the neighbor dogs looked through with total attention as if it was some kind of doggy television show or sporting event
It may look like this dog is sitting calmly, however he is like a coiled spring ready to pounce on his cousin as soon as he comes into range
A bowl of water is a welcome refreshment for most people or dogs, but for these two it's yet another source of compitition. Who can drink first, who can drink more, who owns the bowl, etc
After a few hours the energy level drops and the running laps around the yard become walking. Soon however their energy is back up, and they are running again
Im sure this is about what this Doberman likes best in life. A pal to play with, plenty of room to run, a fence to stand behind and bark through and a neighbor dog looking on to be jelous of their fun. Later in the day, the Doberman is fast asleep at my feet as I post these pics
